Dr. Menser grew up in Forest Park and Graduated from Del City High School. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma, School of Dentistry. He served as a United States Air Force Captain
.
Dr. Menser returned to the Mid-Del community in 1998. He is currently a member of the the American Dental Society, The Oklahoma Dental Society and the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. He served as Monroney PTA president in 2004 and often sponsors a dental education program in surrounding elementary schools.
